What We Do

Tech Watch works to provide AG offices with timely, nonpartisan information that strengthens oversight and enforcement to protect consumers and competition in the digital age. We produce a monthly newsletter tailored for state attorneys general, offering updates on key developments in technology policy. The newsletter breaks down the latest developments on enforcement actions, legal and regulatory updates, tech accountability research, and other areas relevant to the work of state AGs. As emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and data-driven systems reshape society, state AGs are on the front lines to ensure these technologies serve the public good.
